Cancel Current Service

Tips:

Step 1:  Make sure that you have set up your ATSecure.net account before canceling your old service, and that you notify your friends and family of your new ATSecure.net email address. 

Step 2: The fastest and easiest way to cancel your account is by phone. It's usually the only way. Below is a phone list of common Internet service providers.

Step 3: When you contact your provider to cancel your account, be sure to have the following information available:

• Username (email address)
• Mailing address and/or phone number
• Credit card number that the service is billed to (sometimes the last four digits are used for verification purposes)

Step 4:  Cancel your current service. Done.  Know you can enjoy your new service with ATSecure.net!
