I am having problems with my browser. It is loading extremely slow,
and I can never go anywhere. or browsing works but cannot go to
secure sites like banking or ordering items online.

Your browser has not been configured to use a proxy. Click Tools,
Internet Options, then the Connection tab. Click on the dial up
entry for ATSN, then click Properties. Make sure the 'Use a Proxy'
is checked. Click Advanced. On each line enter the information as
follows: (the numbers go under Port settings).
